This application focuses on learning to use applicatons accessed through a browser. It creates a performance support "layer" that is the equivalent of the "wizarrds" that you used to see in MS applications. It interactively guides user through real task completion in the live application. In the Salesforce.com example, called QuickSuccess ( http://www.crsol.com/quicksuccess/qs-demo.html ) it gets down to field level support, even catching user errors.
