No one wants to be annoyed. Have you got that down, really? It must be the total golden rule of your marketing campaign if you hope to achieve success beyond the more low class of your peers. You need to actually practice this and not just nod in agreement because there is never going to be a time when you can ignore this rule due to some other factor that seems like it makes it okay to ignore the rule. Follow the rule and use hard copy leads because this is going to give you results not just a lot of wind milling and emotional feedback. If you go with the leads that are exclusive you can’t help but see huge amounts of success because that is all you have to do in order to find the best bargains on the market today. It is a lot easier than you might think because you are going to be getting some great work accomplished after you go this route. When you aren’t sharing your prospects then you are going to have happier prospects who are not irritated by the time you make contact with them.

Perhaps it seems a little harsh to hammer the rule, but the fact is, this mind set is going to save you time, pain and a whole lot of frustration. You don’t deserve to be frustrated while trying to make an honest living and the little golden rule helps both you and your customers be happier.

Homemade Herbs

Growing an herb garden at home is more cost effective and convenient than buying fresh herbs at the grocery store.  While fresh herbs are tastier than their dried counterparts, they spoil quickly when cut, and are much more expensive, unless you grow your own.

Herbs can be grown indoors or outdoors (with proper climate).  Make sure indoor herbs are in a sunny window, and that outdoor plants don’t receive too much shade.  Most herbs require full or partial sunlight.

Many herbs are easy to grow, including thyme, parsley, basil, mint, sage, oregano, and chives. Thyme comes in many varieties, some spicy, some lemony.  And while garlic itself may not grow well indoors or in most areas, garlic chives deliver a fresh, mild garlicky flavor that makes a good substitute.

For the best results, trim plants periodically with sharp scissors to promote new, fresh growth. Never prune or harvest more than 1/3 of a plants leaves at a given time.  Fertilize once a week using a fertilizer meant for herb gardens, and make sure the plants are receiving sufficient water.

Having fresh herbs on hand is easy, and cheap.  It also improves recipes, and saves last minute trips to the supermarket.

This will give you plenty of websites where you can buy hardcopy target numbers that are unique, already filtered, and guaranteed to boost your sales, and so your commissions.

They have lists for any number of categories, from insurance to sweepstakes leads, and all are affordable and effective. When you buy one of these handwritten lists you are making an investment in your career, and it is a very positive one to make.

Just always make sure that you are buying actual hardcopy lists, and not printed ones that offer you nothing but recycled numbers and names that other people have likely been sold. This will lose you money, both on the list itself, and on sales. How to Clean & Store Fresh Berries

Summer brings an abundance of fresh produce.  Among the most enjoyable—and most delicate—of the fruits of the season are berries.  Berries are popular for their sweet tastes, and excellent nutritional value.  However, berries are among the more expensive summer treats, and they spoil quickly without proper methods of storage.

To get the most from the raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, and blackberries available this season, store them uncovered in the refrigerator, and don’t wash them until just before eating.  Damp berries spoil more quickly. Placing them in a loosely closed brown paper bag will help protect them from humidity, as well.  Don’t store berries in the crisper, where they are exposed to even higher humidity.

Also, examine berries thoroughly before buying, and avoid packages that are leaking juice or have visibly over or under ripe berries.

When you are ready to eat the berries, place them in a colander and rinse carefully with water.

Fresh berries can also be frozen for later use. It’s best to freeze immediately after purchasing, to preserve quality and flavor.  Gently wash and dry the berries, then place in a single layer on a baking sheet.  Freeze until solid, and transfer to plastic freezer bags to store.

Free Radicals & How to Combat Them

Free radicals are molecules in the body which attack and damage the structure of cells, leading to eventual cell death. This damage is called oxidative stress. The “oxidative” part of this term relates to how free radicals are created in the body: they are a natural result of breathing oxygen. Not only does the body itself create free radicals, pollution in the air is absorbed by the body leading to an even higher level of damage.

Oxidative stress has documented relationships in the development of over 50 diseases, some of them life threatening. Included are inflammatory diseases, pancreatitis, heart disease, and cancer.  Oxidative stress also speeds the aging process.

While breathing less oxygen is obviously not an answer to the problem of cellular damage caused by free radicals, there are ways to fight back. The most important weapon against free radicals is a group of compounds collectively known as antioxidants. The compounds, found naturally in many foods and beverages, stabilize and deactivate free radicals before oxidative stress occurs.

The best way to get sufficient amounts of antioxidants is through a well-balanced diet which contains antioxidant rich foods such fresh fruits, vegetables, and many herbs. Green tea is also an excellent source.
